Another way to get a full Feng Shui consultation without having to pay travel expenses is to mail or email your home/building floor plan. I have done consultations by using floor plans for years and I have reviewed floor plans from all across the country. The cost is only 10 cents per square foot. I require a $100 deposit on mailed/emailed floor plans.

If you are using USPS to send me a floor plan, please do not send anything larger than 11x17 (there are copy reduction centers everywhere) per floor. If you are emailing your floor plan, please keep it at 8 ½ x11 per floor.

On the copy of your floor plan I place numbers (i.e. 17), relating to the recommendation number on your list of recommendations, at the exact location where an enhancement/cure needs to be placed. For example, if you need a wind chime at your front door and it was the 4^th recommendation on your Feng Shui consultation, I will place a large 4 in a circle in front of the front door on your floor plan so that you know the exact location to place your Feng Shui enhancement/cure. I then make a copy of your floor plan and consultation to file so that if you ever have a question, all I have to do is pull your file.

Delivery time of your consultation is normally 2 – 4 weeks from the date of my receipt of your floor plan. The time depends on several factors such as the size of the structure, the number of sha-qi (negative Ch’i) areas, etc.

Of course, a Feng Shui consultation to do a home which you need help to sell takes less time than a “full” consultation. My record on helping to get homes and businesses sold via mailed/emailed floor plans is 8 out of 9 which is still almost a 90% rate.

An even less expensive alternative to a consultation is – Buy My Book. Even if, after reading my book and applying what you learn from it, you later want more help by having me do a Feng Shui consultation for you, it will take much less time as you will have placed 65% - 85% of your enhancements/cures correctly.
